Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order. Once it’s on its way, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you realize the shipping address on your order is incorrect, contact us right away. We can update the address before it ships, but once it’s in transit, changes can no longer be made. Please double-check your information to help ensure smooth delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bailey Barn Farm Soap Co. is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If packages in your area are delivered to non-secure locations or have previously been compromised, please consider adding the “signature required” option at checkout for added peace of mind.

Tracking Shows Delivered, But I Can’t Find My Package?

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, try checking all potential delivery spots such as your porch, back door, garage, mailbox, or mailroom. You may also want to ask neighbors, building staff, or housemates if they may have received it on your behalf.
